Letter of Invitation Request Form for Visa Application

SCC is delighted that you’re interested in attending the SCC79 Annual Scientific Meeting & Showcase, December 16-17, 2025, in New York, NY (USA).  Should you require a letter of invitation for a visa application, please follow the instructions below.  

The process is as follows: 

1. Register Here as a FULL ACCESS REGISTRANT for the event and make payment in full. (Note, the SCC does NOT issue letters for any other registration types.)
2. Once you receive your conference registration confirmation via email, fill out the form below and attach the email confirmation in PDF format to request an invitation letter for the visa application process. 
3. Upon our receipt of all the necessary information, the SCC will issue your invitation letter in 7-10 business days; there is no circumstance in which an expedited letter will be issued.

In the event that your visa is denied and you can provide proof of same, you may be eligible for a refund less any fees outlined in the cancellation policy.
