Badges are available for pick-up at the registration desk. You MUST wear your name badge while in the conference area of the hotel. Access will not be granted to those without badges.
PLEASE NOTE: THERE IS A REPLACEMENT FEE OF $250 TO REPRINT ANY NAME BADGE. THERE ARE NO EXCEPTIONS TO THIS POLICY. Lost, forgotten, or misplaced badges are subject to the reprint fee. If your badge becomes damaged, you must bring the damaged one to the registration desk for a complimentary reprint.
The sessions and events at the SCC Annual Scientific Meeting & Showcase (the "Event") may be electronically recorded or photographed. By attending the Event, you grant in perpetuity to the Society of Cosmetic Chemists (“SCC”) and its representatives, successors, or assigns, irrevocable rights, permissions, and licenses to publish, reproduce, distribute, and/or otherwise make use of your name and any still or moving photographic image, likeness, or sound recording of you in connection with the Event.
