About Our Speaker: Carson Kitzmiller Joined Mintel in 2022 and currently focuses on beauty and personal care products reports. Before Mintel, she worked in various product development and consumer insights roles focused on CPG and personal care within specialty retail, DTC, and contract manufacturing. She graduated from the Fischer College of Business at Ohio State University with a B.S. in Business Administration and a specialization in marketing.
