Job Summary

The Candidate will market and sell conceptual raw materials to the cosmetic and personal care industry. The accounts to be called on are located in The Midwest with travel required, as well as to the home office (New Jersey) as needed for training and corporate events. The Account Executive will call on bench chemists, research and development teams, marketing and product development, and industry consultants.

Sales Account Manager, Surfactants, Personal Care

Seeking an ambitious entrepreneurial Sales Account Manager with experience selling specialty chemicals, surfactants, additives, or natural vegetable oils to large regional or national consumer packaged goods (CPG) accounts within the Household Industrial & Institutional (HI&I), Personal Care, and Cosmetics manufacturing industries. This high visibility “hunter” sales role will have end-to-end responsibility for building strong commercial relationships with corporate technical centers, R&D formulators, purchasing, and brand managers. You will work out of your home office, with preferred locations along the East Coast or Midwest US, with up to 25% overnight travel during the week
