Favour is a current cosmetic science master’s student at the University of Cincinnati, where she received a BS in Chemistry (2024). Her research analyzing chemical enhancers on transdermal drug delivery is soon to be published. Additionally, she is a formulation technician for Chemspire Ingredients (2025). She plans to use these skills to become a top dermatologist that serves communities worldwide.

Camryn is an R&D Chemist at Bright Innovation Labs. Prior to working at Bright, she was a Chemist at Applechem Inc in NJ and completed internships at KDC/One, Evonik, and SCC. She holds a BS in Chemical Engineering and MS in Cosmetic Science from the University of Cincinnati. Camryn also serves as a member of the NextGen Advisory Committee for SCC National and is involved in the SCC's Mentorship program. 

Thinh is the Social Media Chair and the Student Liaison for the OVSCC. He is currently a student at the University of Cincinnati pursuing an MS in Chemistry and MS in Cosmetic Science. Outside of SCC he also likes doing social media and has his own Instagram account called The Skincare Bookshelf. In his free time, he loves going on walks, trying new food, and reading latest news and research on Cosmetic Science.

Gabby is currently an Account Manager for Essential Ingredients – an employee-owned, raw materials distributor serving the personal care market. She is extremely passionate about the science, trends, and great people that empower this industry. Gabby currently lives in Indianapolis, IN and has been a member of the SCC since 2021. She is thrilled to be more involved with the Ohio Valley Chapter in 2026 and is looking forward to another great year!

Mickell is an MS in Cosmetic Science student at the University of Cincinnati and a recent graduate of UC's Biomedical Engineering program. She is especially interested in exploring how engineering principles, biological systems, and material science intersect to drive innovation in cosmetic and personal care formulations. As a member of the OVSCC Event Planning Committee, Mickell supports chapter programming, encourages industry connections, and contributes to building an engaged regional community. They remain committed to professional growth and enjoy staying active in professional development and community engagement opportunities.

Valeria is a Research and Development Chemist at KDC/One. She is currently pursuing a Master's Degree in Cosmetic Science and Formulation Design at The University of Toledo. This is Valeria's second year as Secretary of the OVSCC and she is excited to continue her involvement in the organization. In her free time, Valeria enjoys belly dancing, cosplaying, running, and attending concerts.
