About Our Speaker: Jeena James joined Belle Aire Creations in 2018 as Marketing Manager at which time she brought forth an innovative outlook on the evolving trends surrounding flavor and fragrance. Her career began at Bell Flavors and Fragrances in 2012 where she rooted herself in the emerging fragrance, flavor, and beauty trends of mainstream consumers. Shortly after joining Belle Aire Creations, she was promoted to Senior Marketing Manager in 2019. As director of marketing, she leads her team in creative strategy, brand building, and marketing initiatives.
