Cancellations

Cancellations must be made in writing to the National Office at scc@scconline.org. Conference refunds approved by SCC will be issued within 14 business days and issued back via the original payment form, subject to the terms set forth below.  For cancellations received in writing by SCC staff:

• On or before September 30, 2022: the registration fee paid LESS a $150.00 administrative fee will be refunded. No exceptions.
• On or after October 1, 2022: NO refund will be issued. There are no exceptions to this policy, unless the conference is cancelled by the SCC.  This includes, but is not limited to, failure to attend the conference because of illness or due to events beyond the parties’ reasonable control, such as travel problems, natural disaster or weather emergency, civil unrest, epidemic, public health emergency (declared or undeclared), or an act of terrorism.

Badge Changes & Transfers

Registrations are transferable to another registrant. For transfers received:

• On or before Friday, October 28, 2022:  no fee will be assessed.
• Beginning October 29, 2022 until Monday, December 5, 2022:  a $150.00 administrative fee will be assessed. No exceptions.
• Badge changes and transfers will NOT be accepted after Monday, December 5, 2022.  No exceptions.
