Marni Dexter | Applications Manager - Beauty Formulations | Croda Inc. 

Marni Dexter is an Applications Manager and coordinates formulation and testing activities within Croda’s R&T department. Marni joined Croda 16 years ago as a Graduate Trainee, where she rotated through various positions in Personal Care, including Applications, PVCS, and Sales.  

Her current role involves managing all aspects of Personal Care Applications and the team.  Marni holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Engineering from Rutgers University and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus in Marketing from the Rutgers Business School.
