ACT Solutions Corp is a formulation design consultancy founded in 2012 by industry veteran Mark Chandler built on the technology pillars of Adaptive Aesthetic Design™, Advanced Emulsion Solutions™, and Formulating for Efficacy®.  Our formulation laboratory is in Newark, DE and is filled with a team of young, energetic scientists.  ACT Solutions Corp does cutting-edge product design in both skin and hair care with a focus on high biobased formulations.  We also evaluate new (and old) ingredient technology, seeing where a compelling case for use can be built.  Classic technology training/consulting/troubleshooting services are offered on-site and virtually.
