Zach Humbert is an Associate Fellow at Estee Lauder Companies. He joined ELC in March 2016 and has worked exclusively in Raw Material Management, with an emphasis on qualifying new raw materials (for Darphin, Estee Lauder make-up, make-up innovation, etc.). He is also a manager of business critical projects utilizing small task forces within Raw Material Management to support corporate and Regulatory/Safety/Analytical initiatives. He has worked extensively to increase accuracy/efficiency of processes via proposing and testing system enhancements.
Previously, Zach worked for 4 years at Johnson and Johnson in their Raw Material Center governing existing raw materials and managing a project to harmonize their entire global raw material portfolio. He was born and raised in southern New Jersey, about a half hour from Philadephia, where all of his sports loyalties lie. Zach received his Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from Rutgers University. He moved to Long Island over almost 8 years ago when he joined ELC, and has been enjoying himself here since (although hates the traffic).
Zach has been a member of LISCC since 2016. Outside of work, Zach can most likely be found at the beach (playing volleyball or body-surfing), at a concert, or a brewery. He loves traveling, watching his sports teams with his family/friends, animals (step- dad to an awesome cat named Biddy), video games, tacos, and a good happy hour.
