Linh Dieu Do, Ph.D.

Linh Do is the Sales Manager for North America at Sasol, overseeing the Personal Care, Health & Wellness segment, and serving as Key Account Manager for the Industrial and Institutional sector. She holds a Ph.D. in Chemical Engineering from the University of Oklahoma, where she specialized in surface and colloid science, with a focus on microemulsion technology and hydrophilic-lipophilic deviation (HLD).

Linh spent six years as a Research Associate at the university’s Institute for Applied Surfactant Research, contributing to projects across personal care, oilfield technologies, and consumer products. Prior to joining Sasol’s sales team in 2021, she worked for 10 years as a scientist at Nalco Champion – an Ecolab Company, driving innovation and product development.

She is the author of 12 peer-reviewed journal articles, holds two patents, and has delivered 24 conference presentations. Outside of work, Linh enjoys competitive tennis and exploring nature through outdoor adventures.
