ADDITONAL POSTER DETAILS: Printing, Size, Content

• Posters must be PRINTED and brought to the venue for display 
• SCC neither accepts poster shipments nor sets up the posters
• Optimal print size is horizontal layout, 3'10" high x 7'10" wide
• You may choose the font style, size, and other details/information you're displaying, including company logo

TABLETOP only:

Includes draped table and two chairs – specs: 6’w x 30”d table (no pipe and drape)
 

COMBO:

Includes display board, table, and two chairs – specs: 8’w x 4’h display board, push pins to hang poster, 6’w x 18”d table and two chairs; max display/print size of horizontal poster is 3’10” h x 7’10” w

EXHIBIT SPACE “EXTRAS”: 

Pop-up banners, foliage, standing brochure rack, etc.

• Space, regardless of exhibit type, is generally a total of 8’ wide and 4.5’ deep
• Any “extras” you bring must fit within your own exhibit space; you cannot encroach another exhibitor’s space, block the view or access to any other exhibitor, nor impede upon any walkway or aisle

• Small standing or tabletop-style brochure racks, baskets/bins, and plants/foliage are acceptable if confined to your space
• FOR TABLETOP ONLY DISPLAYS
  • Pop-up banners must not exceed 84”H x 36”W and limited to 2; alternatively, one backdrop is fine provided it is no larger than 84”H x 72”W
  • Small stand-alone or tabletop-style brochure racks are acceptable
