Dr. Alba Cico

Dr Alba Cico is a Research Team Leader in Sederma’s in-vitro department.

Alba has been trained worked in different laboratories worldwide (UK, USA and France). She spent 5 months in St.Jude’s Children's Research Hospital. Alba has a PhD in cellular and molecular biology from Paris Sorbonne University.

Her adventure in Sederma started 5 years ago, with her being in charge of implanting 3D skin models for in-vitro assays. Alba is now leader of a group working in different aspects of skin with a focus in microbiota and skin appendages.
