He has worked in personal care for over ten years and is currently the North American Marketing Manager of the hair, body, and oral care segments. He received his B.A. in Communications from Rutgers University and obtained his MBA from Centenary College. Gina Koustoubardis Technical Service Specialist - Hair Care and Body Care NA at BASF Gina joined BASF in 2014 as an application chemist in the hair and body care lab in Tarrytown, NY. November 2023, Gina joined the tech service team taking on a more customer focus role.
