SCC Midwest Student Scholarship

The Society of Cosmetic Chemists, Midwest Chapter is offering two $5,000 scholarships to undergraduate or graduate students exhibiting excellence in either coursework or research in the fields of chemistry, biology, cosmetic, or allied sciences. Special consideration is given to students actively pursuing careers in cosmetic science.

Eligibility:

To be eligible, an applicant must be:

• A full-time Undergraduate student.
• A full-time Graduate student pursuing Cosmetic Science
• Enrolled in a US College or University on a full-time basis during the winter semester immediately following the date of award. The college or University must be accredited by a nationally recognized accrediting agency that appears on the list published by the US Secretary of Education. (You will not be allowed to receive additional awards from another SCC chapter)

Applications should be received by October 23, 2026 and will be awarded at the November 10th, Emertius Meeting.

Children, family and friends of Midwest SCC members are encouraged to apply. However, children of the Midwest SCC Scholarship Committee members are not eligible.
