We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate formulation chemist to join our R&D team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in chemistry, with a special focus on skin and hair care. You will play a critical role in the development of new skin and haircare ingredients through formulation development and performance testing personal care products based on customer briefs, which may involve new formulation development, tech transfer or reverse engineering. Other categories may include household/industrial, pet care, and topical OTC products.
