Position: Director of Quality

Summary: The Director of Quality oversees all Quality Systems for the organization.

RNA Corporation is the largest family-owned manufacturing company in Illinois that specializes in beauty and cosmetics products. We are currently expanding and are looking for an experienced R&D Sourcing Manager/Chemical Buyer. As a Sourcing Manager you will play a critical role in our product development process by identifying and sourcing raw materials for projects and formulas ensuring the availability of high-quality and cost-effective materials to meet our production requirements, you will manage supplier relationships, coordinate with the R&D team, and facilitate efficient collaboration with sourcing and procurement. This role requires a strong background in chemistry and a strategic mindset to drive continuous improvement in our sourcing practices.
