Position: Business Development Manager - Personal Care

Summary: 

We’re hiring a high‑energy hunter to open net‑new accounts and accelerate growth in Personal Care(face, body, Hair, fine fragrance, and personal hygiene and more). You will prospect aggressively, win new brands and contract manufacturers, and scale accounts from first sample to multi‑SKU programs. Science literacy and familiarity with the fragrance industry are a strong plus. The candidate must have a strong, enthusiastic, positive attitude and exceptional creativity and innovation.
