Position: Business Development Manager - Air Care

Summary: 

We’re hiring a high‑energy hunter to open net‑new accounts and accelerate growth in Air Care (candles, melts, diffusers, plug‑ins, aerosols, room sprays). You will prospect aggressively, win new brands and contract manufacturers, and scale accounts from first sample to multi‑SKU programs. Science literacy and familiarity with the fragrance industry are a strong plus. The candidate must have a strong, enthusiastic, positive attitude and exceptional creativity and innovation.
