Luke Stedman has dedicated 25 years to Callisons Inc, a company with deep-rooted historical ties to mint oils and flavoring, serving the global oral care market. Luke began his career focusing on natural materials research and mint flavor/applications. He later advanced into management roles, leading the mint flavor and application teams. Throughout his technical tenure, Luke has served as a key technical liaison to Callisons' global oral care customers, guiding them through product development and innovation. His technical background proved invaluable as he transitioned to sales and business development, culminating in his current position as Category Director for North America. Outside of Callisons, Luke has actively participated in the Mint Industry Research Council, where he held appointments such as Chairman of the Scientific Affairs Committee. This role helped guide scientific research and the advancement of the mint industry in North America. Luke's extensive experience and background offers a unique insight into flavorings for oral care products.
