Kate Duffy is the Vice President of Research & Development at Elevation Labs, bringing a blend of scientific curiosity and hands‑on manufacturing expertise to the creation of high‑quality, consumer need-driven beauty and personal care products. Her career spans different aspects of the industry with roles in formulation, brand-side product development, and manufacturing, giving her an end‑to‑end understanding of how to bring great products to life. She’s excited to support the Intermountain West SCC’s mission to advance cosmetic science through research, education, and high professional standards, and to help strengthen the region’s vibrant community of cosmetic chemists
