Shaping the product experience through the voice of the consumer

Presented by: Alexandra Rasmussen 

Harry's Inc.

As a champion of the consumer experience Alex Rasmussen’s background reflects a deep interest in learning and understanding the consumer’s motivations and needs in order to design a thoughtful user experience. Since 2016, Alex has been in CPG helping build the Product Research function at Harry’s Inc. where she’s been an advocate for the consumer throughout the development process, partnering closely with product developers to balance their experience with new learnings. Prior to Harry’s Inc, Alex presented at the Design & Emotion Conference (Experience Based Designing) after completing her degree in B.Eng in Integrated Design and M.Sc. Product Development and Innovation with a focus in Human Centered Design.

Speaker: Sanam Fazilova, Active Concepts

Since 2012, Sanam worked with various cosmetic brands to promote cosmetic and skincare products that meet customers’ needs. After completing her biochemistry degree, she began her career at Active Concepts in 2017 in Technical Marketing. Currently, in the role of Ideation Strategist, Sanam focuses on conceptualizing and executing strategies for brand development and product development on a global scale.
