Abstract:

The global cosmetics industry is evolving rapidly as consumers increasingly seek
products that combine proven efficacy, sensory appeal, convenience, and
responsible development. This presentation examines the major international
trends influencing cosmetic and personal-care innovation in 2026, including
longevity and preventive beauty, beauty and wellness integration, clinical
supported actives, biotechnology, multifunctional products, Asian beauty
influences, sensorial experiences and practical sustainability.
Special attention will be given to regenerative and biotechnology-derived
actives, including PDRN and exosome-related technologies, their positioning in
the cosmetic market and the regulatory considerations surrounding their use.
The presentation will also review the worldwide distribution of major product
categories and translate current market trends into practical considerations for
formulation, testing, ingredient selection, manufacturing, and product
positioning.
An up-to-date industry briefing will highlight important developments affecting
the Canadian, U.S., and international cosmetic markets.
