Liz Streland

The new Vice President-Elect, Liz Streland, is currently the Key Account Manager at Croda, Inc. She believes deeply in the mission of our organization and feels that service to our Society has given her the experience to appreciate what needs to be done to secure a bright future for the SCC.

Her goals for the SCC include; growing and increasing our visibility, broadening our focus on our younger members & future leaders and increasing chapter support & chapter representation. [ Read Liz’s Full Bio ]

 

 

 

The new Treasurer, Mark Chandler, is currently the President at ACT Solutions Corp. 
He believes that chapter treasurers should be better recognized and rewarded for their efforts and investment in time managing the chapter finances and preparing quarterly and annual reports.

His goals for the SCC include; further establishing the use of QuickBooks accounting software throughout the chapter base. He would make sure that chapter treasurers have adequate training on the use of the software. He has used QuickBooks to manage the finances of ACT Solutions Corp for over 5 years.

The new Area I Director, Patricia Singh, is currently the Global Account Manager at Seppic Inc /Air Liquide Healthcare Specialty Ingredients. She believes that membership also helps local Chapters to be recognized at the National level.

Her goals for the SCC are to be the link between National and the Chapters, to maximize the benefits of both. [ Read Patricia’s Full Bio ]

 

 

The new Area II Director, Christine Daraska, is currently the Key Account Manager at Croda. As the Area II Director, Christine would like to be a resource for helping to prepare the budget and reports required by national to support the organization’s success.

Her goals are to help Area II chapters with their outreach programs. She would also like to help increase knowledge of what other chapters are doing, so together we can further the national mission of maintaining the confidence of the public in the cosmetic and toiletries industry. [ Read Christine’s Full Bio ]

 

The new Area IV Director, Michelle Linscott, is currently a General Manager for Xytrus. She continues to be inspired by those she has worked side by side with in this organization and hopes to share the knowledge she has gained with others and inspire them to continue the advancement of the society.

Her goals are to Strive to support and aid in the growth of local chapters and support our NextGen Committee efforts to expand our outreach to young scientists, colleges and universities to cultivate leaders of tomorrow. [ Read Michelle’s Full Bio ]
