SAVE MONEY AND AVOID LINES - PLEASE PRE-REGISTER: Onsite Registration Fees will be $750.00 for Members and $850 for Non-Members for the full conference. “Thursday Only” onsite fees will be $600 for Members and $700 for Non Members. “Friday Only” onsite fees will be $500 for Members and $600 for Non Members.

reviews your order and verifies membership status. You will
be notified if any corrections need to be made. If you wish
to make a reservation at the New York Hilton, you must complete
the Hotel reservation Form (Page 15 of the Registration Brochure)
and fax to the Society Office for processing.
