The Quebec Chapter was formed in 1998. The Chapter, which meets several times a year in the Montreal area, has over 60 members. They publish a newsletter in French and English, which is called Cosmeto-Scientifique. The Chapter plans several SCC Continuing Education Program (CEP) courses in their area each year in addition to their scientific chapter meetings.
