We are recognized as a premiere regional distributor in the Southern states serving the Personal Care, H I & I, and Consumer markets with a dedicated sales force. We sell specialty products and not commodities.

Technical Sales Support:
Our technically trained sales force receives ongoing product education and works closely with suppliers to provide solutions to customers’ formulation needs. We act as a conduit between the manufacturer and the customer in order to jointly develop marketing strategies and to pursue new product development and processes. Our Equipment and Specialty Chemicals sales forces work together to assist customers with manufacturing issues. Our sales force is strategically located throughout the south to better serve each customer.

Customer Support:
Exceptional service to our customers has always been our number one goal. All departments receive ongoing product training and departmental cross training to facilitate communication regarding customer support. We understand that flexibility and communication are instrumental in keeping a customer well satisfied. Quality of product is essential and we partner with premier suppliers so that each customer is assured of consistent quality from batch to batch. All of our suppliers to the Consumer Care markets provide exceptional support both to our sales team and to the customers with both formulation assistance and new and innovative products for the industry. The Consumer Care market is integral to our business and we continue to invest in formulation support and technical support for both customers and suppliers.
