Join us for our 1st quarter meeting as the Lake Erie Chapter of the Society of Cosmetic Chemists presents:

Reception starts at 5:30 pm
Presentation at 6:15 pm

1) Honey Pecan Chicken = Pan-Fried chicken breast topped with honey pecan sauce w/ roasted garlic redskin mashed potatoes

2) Steak Stroganoff = Tender sirloin steak simmered w/ mushrooms and white wine sauce, finished with sour cream and a touch of dill over noodles

3) Whisky Grilled Salmon = Fresh Salmon filet baked and glazed with citrus whisky sauce and served w/ rice pilaf

4) Penne Sorrento = sweet bell peppers, broccoli, garlic, and basil sauteed w/olive oil then tossed w penne pasta and romano cheese
